Real Estate Compliance Manager

The Operations Team at AcrePro seeks a Real Estate Compliance Manager to support our AcrePro team with ongoing compliance (licensing, other national, state, and local rules and regulations) and managing a nationwide AcrePro referral network. The AcrePro team is in an exciting period of growth, we’re looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with the attention to detail required to research, analyze, and apply real estate licensing rules and regulations across the country, as well as, establish and track a robust referral pipeline comprised of internal and external broker-agents.

Overall, this person will support both the Legal and Operations Teams, with opportunities to collaborate with other units of the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an executive broker with experience performing compliance related research,contract preparation and review , as well as, developing relationships with (a nationwide network of external) agents who would like to receive qualified referrals from AcrePro’s extensive marketing initiatives.


  • Documenting and tracking filing deadlines for corporate entities and real estate professionals
  • Performing research on laws and real estate regulations of various states and summarizing the research for corporate counsel
  • Preparing and filing applications with various state Real Estate Commissions across the United States
  • Coordinating requests between multiple parties involved in real estate closings through communication with real estate agents and corporate counsel
  • Managing projects, scheduling calendars, filing documents, and preparing applications and other documents for mailing
  • Preparing and filing formation documents of all types of corporate entities including charter documents, organizational consents, bylaws, company agreements, and partnership agreements, as well as obtaining EINs and qualifications in applicable state jurisdictions
  • Assisting in establishing and enforcing processes and procedures for a nationwide AcrePro referral network
  • Negotiating, reviewing, and executing referral agreements between AcrePro and internal and external brokers-agents.
  • Updating our in-house CRM to track the AcrePro referral network pipeline
  • Establishing revenue forecasts from the AcrePro referral network pipeline.
  • Developing and updating systems for storing documents and information


  • Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certification, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years transactional experience in real estate brokerage management, a title company, law firm, or corporate legal department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working with real estate professionals
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Resourceful research skills with ability to analyze and summarize information
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Preferred Requirements:

  • Real estate broker’s license with experience in licensing and related compliance requirements.
  • Experience preparing common real estate transaction documentation and familiarity with real property title matters
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications
