Director of Market Expansion

The Director of Agent Growth will support AcrePro’s rapid growth into a national real estate brokerage. The position will seek out farm and land real estate agents and demonstrate AcrePro’s ability to help them grow their businesses. The director will be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets AcrePros standards, qualifications and is a good culture fit for the organization. This position requires excellent communication, sales experience, and a proven tenacity to succeed.

This position will be working within a startup environment that requires flexibility and nimbleness with good communication skills and willingness to make a real contribution to the team. As with any growing company, many other tasks and responsibilities should be expected to be assigned as well as growth opportunities to be seized.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound agent recruiting calls (both warm and cold)
  • Represent AcrePro’s benefits to potential agents, create new agent attraction strategies and documents
  • Post job openings on appropriate channels, screen candidate backgrounds, and conduct agent interviews
  • Proficient in positive communication, articulating value proposition, and explaining compensation plans when appropriate
  • Utilize tools to source target leads, as well as build and manage candidate pipelines
  • Organize and schedule potential agent attraction appointments

Key Competencies/Requirements:

  • 2- 5 years of experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques to attract high-quality talent
  • Familiar with MS Office and/or Google Suite softwares
  • Great problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Real Estate License
  • Real Estate Sales/Brokerage Experience Preferred
  • Land sales experience preferred
